By accessing this site and using Nova Trade & Solutions' services, you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Our services
Nova Trade & Solutions is a sourcing and import agency. We source products from suppliers in the Dominican Republic and internationally, then import and deliver them to Cap-Haïtien. Quotes provided are estimates valid for the stated period and may vary with exchange rate and availability.
3. Quotes and orders
Every order is confirmed by a formal quote. A 60% deposit is required to begin the purchase, and the 40% balance is paid on delivery. Prices are stated in the currency specified on the quote.
4. Payment
The 60/40 payment terms are detailed in each quote. Failure to pay the balance on delivery may result in retention of the goods and additional fees.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and depend on product availability, transport and customs clearance. Nova Trade & Solutions cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
6. Products and warranties
We confirm specifications with you before purchase. Applicable warranties are those offered by the manufacturers. Any claim must be reported on receipt of the goods.
7. Limitation of liability
Nova Trade & Solutions acts as a sourcing intermediary. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods concerned. We disclaim any liability for indirect damages.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, logos, illustrations) is the property of Nova Trade & Solutions and may not be reproduced without authorization.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Haitian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Haiti.
